Electronic Invoicing
Whenever a Bestway Medhub order leaves our depot, our invoicing system will automatically send you an electronic copy of your invoice. When that email hits your inbox, you know your order is en route!
Your electronic invoice can be sent to any email address of your choosing, so that it can be easily logged or forwarded to your accountant.
Of course, we’ll still include a physical copy of your invoice in the tote – but your electronic copy is there in case you need it!
Next Day Delivery
Our warehouse in Stoke-on-Trent is powered by advanced robotics that operate 24/7. Our picking, sorting, and despatching processes are fully automated with exceptional levels of accuracy. This means we can offer the latest next day delivery cut-off times on the market, at 18:30, with the following exceptions:
- 13:30 for NI and Isle of Man
- 17:30 for Scotland
- 18:00 for the North East and Scottish Borders
- Scottish Highlands and Islands are Next Day +1
